Science is a multidisciplinary course having different subjects’ combinations in class 12th. These combinations can be PCB ( Physics, Chemistry,Biology), PCM (Physics, Chemistry , Maths),

PCMB (Physics, Chemistry, Maths and Biology).

Having a good career in science, the student has a wide range of options to go ahead. It starts with bachelor’s degree (B.Sc), master’s degree (M.Sc) and then Ph.D (Doctor of Philosophy) in a variety of subjects like Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology, Computer Science, Microbiology, Biotechnology among others.

Eligibility Criteria (UG & PG) of Sciences

Since the science course can be pursued as UG, PG and PhD, the eligibility criteria are different for each category. Below are the criteria’s for UG and PG Science course –

For Undergraduate –

• Students should have cleared the 12th exam or any competitive exam with the combination of Science subjects of PCB, PCM, and PCMB.
• Students should have at least 50-60% aggregate marks.

For Postgraduate –

• Students should have cleared their graduation with the subjects in which they wish to pursue their masters.
• Students should have at least 50-60% aggregate marks.
