Candidates who have passed XII in Science Stream with 50% marks are eligible for this course.

This is a 3-year undergraduate course in chemical and physio-chemical processes. Biochemistry is a branch of science that deals with chemistry applied to the study of living organisms and the atoms and molecules which comprise living organisms. It offers to the students in-depth knowledge about biology and chemistry with respect to the plants, humans and animal processes, human physiology, basic immunology, microbiology and enzymology, to name a few topics. This focuses on the dynamics and different mechanisms of various biological activities that happen inside a human body. The course module that students will study in the course will come in handy various important industries such as medical research, food and packaging , pharmaceuticals, medicine and genetics Students will be well equipped and will get their skills sharpened as they will be experiencing practical and theoretical classes to get a better understanding of the concepts taught in the course.
