Students need to pass XII with minimum 50 % of marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology from a recognized Board/University.
This is one of the most interesting courses that mainly focuses on Nutrition and Dietetics Science. In this 3-year course the students are taught about the preparation of proper diet for people, food management, elements of a balanced diet, eating habits and lifestyle management, to name a few among many. Here the students are getting to know in detail about Nutritional pattern, requirements, types of nutrients and their functions, also about different types of disorders that may result due to certain imbalance or deficiency of different nutrients in a human body. The course involves both theoretical and practical classes on a regular basis. In short the course sheds light on the correct proportion of relevant nutrients that should be consumed regularly to keep the human body fit and tries to emphasize that proper food in-take habits impacts the health in a lot of ways positively.
