Students need to pass XII with minimum 50 % of marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology from a recognized Board/University.

This is one of the most prestigious and most in-demand 4-year professional degree courses that primarily focuses on professional nursing and midwifery. Students will be able to apply self-imbibed knowledge from physical, biological, and behavioral sciences, medicine including alternative systems and in providing nursing care to individuals, families and communities. Students are being equipped to serve humanity with the help of medical treatment, where in they are being taught about critical care and advanced analytical skills in-turn helping them develop values in themselves to mould themselves to become professional nurses as per National Health Policy 2002. Students are also getting used to the various technologies used in the medical field for advanced and efficient treatment. By the end of the course students will not just be inheriting specialized skills needed for clinical duties but also certain basic skills such as Communication Skills, Attitude, Confidence, Team Work, Critical Thinking, Organizational skills, Stress management etc. In the course, students will have work through various projects, assignments and other regular practical as well theoretical classes, apart from which, post completion of this course, students will also have to undergo 6-months internship for hands on experience.
