IOT or Internet of things is nothing but the combination of physical things with the universe of Web. The system of physical things to convey and detect or team up with things’ internal state or external condition. In our present world almost all the devices that we see around us are smart, for example Smart Phones, Smart Watches and even Smart Homes and these communicate with each other. These together is called IoT. With the help of this course a student is being moulded to become a technological expert who can manage, program, maintain and secure IoT devices in different important sectors such as energy, transportation, health, aviation, infrastructure or hospitality. Students during the course will come across certain fundamental topics such as Hardware, Software, Wireless communication, Cybersecurity and Privacy. The course will not just be preparing students to create strong foundation of computer science and applications along with the networking, Client server, IoT environment to be able enough for employability or further higher studies. Students have greater chance to work in fields such as Robotics and AI as well.
